1.Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver countrywide via G4S and Fargo Courier, between Monday to Saturday (except on holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
2. How will I know my order has been dispatched?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order reference number and contact details of the company conducting the delivery. You can use this to track your order.
3.Do you accept product returns?
If the received product is faulty, you are entitled to arrange a return within 14 days of receiving the device. The handset will be repaired under the standard manufacturer’s warranty or exchanged if necessary. Kindly note that in order for us to accept your device for a return it must meet the following criteria: • Should be in its original box and packaging which must remain undamaged. • The device should not show any sign of cosmetic damage. • Remove any pin lock or passcode personalization. • Should be returned with its original charger, accessories and any other in box item it was bought with. In the event that some of the above criteria may not be met for some handsets, our customer service team will advise on the best course of action.
4. What modes of payment do you accept?
At the moment, online orders can only be paid for via our Lipa na MPESA till number 961132 or through Eazzypay. We do not accept cheque deposits.
